Laney Graduate School (LGS) honored excellence across its community at the 2026 Awards Luncheon, held April 8 at the Carlos Museum. The annual celebration recognizes outstanding students, faculty, and staff whose achievements reflect the strength, dedication, and collaborative spirit of graduate education at Emory University.

The Laney Graduate School (LGS) announces the upcoming retirement of Ulf Nilsson, associate dean of academic operations and director of admissions and recruitment, who will conclude 19 years of dedicated service to Emory University on March 31, 2026.

The Laney Graduate School is pleased to announce the appointment of Prudence Julia Oliver as Associate Dean for Academic Operations. She will begin her role on Monday, March 16.
