TATTO 600
TATTO 600 is the Laney Graduate School’s foundational training in pedagogy for all new PhD Teaching Assistants. The one-unit course covers topics such as pedagogical foundations, teaching support resources, teaching tools, the Clery Act and Title IX training, and Emory’s undergraduate Honor Code.
TATTO 600 should be taken immediately prior to a student’s first teaching experience. Students should refer to their program’s guidelines for more information on when to enroll in this course, as the timeline varies by program.
Beginning in Fall 2025, TATTO 600 will be fully online and offered in fall and spring semesters. The usual LGS registration and drop/add deadlines for the fall or spring semesters apply.
