Flourishing at Laney: Start Your Journey
Purpose & Well-Being: Provide tools and resources to identify and understand how to enhance growth
Pathways to Success: Develop skills and strategies for professional success
Community & Belonging: Establish collaborative communities to develop meaningful connections
Throughout the academic year, students will encounter programs, workshops, conversations, and experiences aligned with these pillars. As you participate, you’ll earn Flourishing stamps that recognize your engagement and growth. Each stamp brings you one step closer to completing your Flourishing at Laney Passport—a recognition of the experiences that shaped your journey at Laney.
Flourishing at Laney Passport: How it Works
Earning a stamp is simple: attend eligible Laney-sponsored experiences to receive points towards a stamp during the spring of 2026 and 2026-2027 academic year. Collect each of the 11 stamps listed below to fulfill the Flourishing at Laney Passport. Whether you participate in a wellness workshop, a skill-building session, a mentoring event, or a community gathering, you choose the opportunities that align with your goals and stage of study.
Students who attend and submit feedback for a designated number of experiences within the stamp categories below will earn a completed Flourishing at Laney Passport. Each experience contributes a “stamp” toward your passport, encouraging you to explore opportunities that strengthen your personal wellbeing, professional readiness, and sense of community. Along the way, you’ll also gain language to articulate your skills, leadership, and engagement in your CV, résumé, or professional profile.
Finding Eligible Experiences
All eligible experiences are available through the The Hub @ Emory. Every Laney student is automatically enrolled in the Laney Graduate School group on the Hub, where events are clearly tagged by stamp category for easy navigation.
