Feeling Stressed or Overwhelmed? We’re Here to Help.
Graduate school can be demanding. Balancing research, teaching, coursework, and life transitions requires time, energy, and focus. Whether you are managing stress, building sustainable habits, or seeking support through change, you do not have to do it alone.
The Center for Student Wellbeing offers personalized wellbeing coaching tailored to your individual goals. You can meet with a professional wellbeing coach virtually or in person at no cost.
Wellbeing coaches use a strengths-based and goal-oriented approach to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. While therapy focuses on processing the past, wellbeing coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, designed to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
